- The Heavy fabrication Shop produces large-scale fabricated weldments from an extensive pin slab grid and grillages, up to 40 tonnes
- Complex structures can all be manufactured in a range of materials
- CNC SAF Oxy Fuel Profile cutter capable of cutting up to 125mm thick mild steel & CNC SAF Plasma cutter capable of cutting Aluminium and Stainless steel
- Large Bending Rolls
- The highly skilled workforce and professional approach has offered our commercial customers a new dimension in sourcing of their services
- The Fabrication team still retains accrued expertise and ‘lost’ trades such as Blacksmiths, Boilermakers and Platers
- Welders qualified for Class 1; Class 2, ASME IX and procedures are in place to MOD, Lloyds, ABS, DNV or Customers own Standards and Spec
- Light Plate Section serviced by CNC and digitally controlled machine tools
